RiverCity Kidz Check-in: Parents make sure to sign your children in by the kiosk at the sanctuary door any time during the beginning of service. Sign up is mandatory for participation in RiverCity Kidz.
Children’s Opportunity to Give: Before the children are dismissed for RiverCity Kidz tonight, they can bring their offering up front. Parents: please provide your children with an offering that they can bring up front to the altar. You are welcome to accompany them should they need help.
 
Dinners For Eight: For those of you who are part of Dinners For Eight, the third dinner will take place next Sunday, April 28th. If your host has yet to contact you please reach out to them right away. Questions? Contact Leslie Murphy.
 
National Day of Prayer: Thursday, May 2nd at 6:30 pm we will meet at Bethel Community Church for a special prayer service and then we will walk to and pray for the offices of government and leadership in Washougal, and for our neighbors in the greater area. Please join us for this powerful annual event. The theme this year is Love One Another. It’s our turn to reach out to the Bethel community and join them at their church. God Mobile Outreach: John Deerborn from the God Mobile will be here for a brief presentation during service on Saturday April 27th to introduce us to the God Mobile; its ministry and history; and to tell us of his passion for sharing the love that Jesus has for those who have yet to know him. If you’d like to learn how to serve in the God Mobile, you can sign up for the hour-long training in May beginning next Saturday. Call Nikki in the office for more information.
 
Holy Ghost Tour: Jim and Shannon Thorton return to The River Church for a five special days of revival services on Wednesday May 15th through Sunday May 19th. Wednesday May 15th through Friday May 17th services start nightly at 7:00 pm. Saturday May 18th services begin at the regular time of 6:30 pm and Sunday May 19th it begins at 6:00 pm. The Holy Ghost Tour consists of a team of intercessors, evangelists, and worship leaders who’ve a passion for the presence of the Holy Spirit. They want to stir up major hunger in people and see them filled, set free, and anointed to serve God on a whole new level. Each night will begin with an hour of pre-prayer led by a team of on-fire lovers of Jesus. Next will be worship focused on pursuing His presence, then message on the Holy Spirit and ministry and impartation from their team. Their Soul Winning Team will be available each day before the evening meetings to train and take people out with the Gospel. Children’s Opportunity to Give: Before the children are dismissed for RiverCity Kidz tonight, they will have an opportunity to give an offering. Parents: please provide your children with an offering that they can bring up front to the altar. You are welcome to accompany them should they need help.

Resurrection/First Fruits Service: Next Saturday, April 20th at 6:30 pm we’ll celebrate the Resurrection during the Feast of First Fruits service. This will be a powerful night! We’ll have a very special gospel message, testimonies, inspired worship, and exciting activities for the children. We will be giving special First Fruits offering, so please come prepared. This is the perfect opportunity to invite your friends, family, neighbors & co-workers to our church for this special service celebrating that Jesus is ALIVE! Please take as many flyers in the lobby as you can give out.
 
Passover 2019: WAIT LIST ONLY! Our 2019 Passover Seder, The Finger of God, will be held next Friday, April 19th at 5:30 pm. This formal event will be held at the upscale Black Pearl on the Columbia River. The evening includes a full course catered meal, raffle, and much more. If you want to be placed on the waitlist; if you’ve purchased tickets and are unable to attend; or if you’ve not received your tickets by email from Eventbrite please see Nanci Whitney immediately. Sorry; no refunds. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of Seder in order to go through registration and be seated; raffle begins promptly at 5:30 pm! This is a formal event; please dress accordingly. Ladies; please bring a wrap or shawl & men have a jacket as it cools down after sunset. The length of our Seder will be from 3-3 ½ hours.
 
Passover and Resurrection Volunteers: There is still time to volunteer for both Passover on Friday, April 19th and Resurrection service on Saturday April 20th!  For Passover we need help from the men to move things from church to the Black Pearl beginning at 8:00 am, and then to set up the space; and after the event for tear down the space to put things away, to clean, clear and transport items back to church. For First Fruits, we need help as well, from everyone. Please take a cream-colored sign-up form from an usher, fill it out, and return it to an usher tonight. You may volunteer for one or both events. Talk to Leslie Murphy after service for more information.
 
Tech Department Volunteer Opportunity: Our Tech Department has opportunities for those interested in learning to operate sound, camera and computer for services. See Joel in the sound booth after service to get the sign-up form.   Friday Night Gathering. Next week there will be no FNG due Passover. Missions Offering: Tonight, we will have the opportunity to give our monthly Missions offering, which is first weekend of each month. If giving by text remember to send your amount followed by the word MISSIONS. If giving by cash, check or debit, please place it in a separate envelope.
